If you were a grape variety, what would you be?
A true Greek has to be a true Greek variety so I would have to be Assyrtiko.

What are the things you like most about your job?
One of the most interesting and intriguing aspects of my job is the communication side, and the fact that I help organize amazing wine events.  I love connecting people with wine.

Why is your favourite client your favourite client?
Because of all the creative and tailored wine tasting events that they are organising.

Why are you suited to PR?
With my BA in Journalism & Mass Media Communications, I believe that I have the right mindset for PR. 

What is your favourite wine?
There is a saying in Greece that goes like this: “If you don’t honour your house, it will fall on your head”.  It means that you need to support your home, region, or country.  So, in this case, I must choose Assyrtiko or Vidiano.

And your favourite food?
My favourite food is orzo pasta with beef and tomato salsa, cooked in the oven.  We call it Yiouvetsi, and it’s amazing!

Hobbies?
In my free time, I love cooking, watching TV shows and exploring London.  When I feel creative, I also love writing stories.  Oh, and of course learning more about wine.

It has always been Sakis Rouvas who is a Greek popstar.  Also Tom Hiddleston, and Jensen Ackles.
